Let’s be honest, sometimes life can feel a bit like a lonely circus.

When our emotions behave like bipolar clowns and our nervous system is hanging by its toes from a trapeze frightfully swinging from fight to flight, life undoubtedly seem closer to coping than thriving.

To add to the lunacy, our mind just had its seventh espresso and found it clever to juggle fifty lemons at once. Not to mention (and we shall not!) the herd of elephants stamping about in the next room, yelling for peanuts.

Do you need help navigating the madness of life? It’s always nicer with a circus buddy, so let’s go together!

My life’s mission is to stimulate openness, awareness and personal transformation through venues of conscious coaching, trauma release exercises and art.

Through cultivating deeper understanding and compassion for human trauma, my aim is to bring awareness to how emotional distress is linked to both physical and mental illness and how addressing this can help reclaim our health and reconnect us to our authentic self and personal truth.
